These terms govern purchases and use of thegeolab.digital. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the applicable product description, the Digital Product Licence, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and orders

We aim to describe each digital product accurately, including its format, contents, intended audience, price, and delivery method. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and download access is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability, security, or technical error.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction fees. Any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment.

Digital delivery

Downloadable products are normally made available immediately after successful payment through the order confirmation page, email, or customer account. You are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping your account credentials secure. Contact support if access does not arrive.

Licence and intellectual property

Buying a product grants permission to use it under the Digital Product Licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Product files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or published as reusable source material unless we agree otherwise in writing.
