This Standard Commercial Licence applies to downloadable products bought from The Geo Lab unless a product page or written agreement states different terms.

What your purchase allows

• Use the product within the purchasing individual’s business or the purchasing organisation.
• Edit, translate, customise, and rebrand the files for that organisation.
• Use the product in internal operations, proposals, training, analysis, and commercial client work.
• Create reasonable backup and working copies for authorised team members.

Client work

Consultants may use the product to produce a client-specific deliverable. The finished deliverable may be supplied to the client, but the original or substantially reusable source template may not be transferred as a standalone product unless a separate licence permits it.

What is not allowed

• Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, publishing, or giving away the original files or a substantially similar editable version.
• Uploading the files to a public library, template marketplace, shared repository, or training-resource collection.
• Allowing another business or unrelated organisation to use the files under your purchase.
• Using The Geo Lab name, logo, or trademarks as if you created or endorsed the original product.

Ownership

Your purchase grants a licence to use the product; ownership of the underlying product and intellectual property remains with The Geo Lab and its licensors. Your organisation owns its own data, branding, and original additions.
